The founder and CEO of think, Annabel has an enormous passion for what she does and is dedicated to providing the best service for our clients. An absolute horse fanatic since the age of four, she spends most weekends competing around the country in eventing (as well as reporting about all things equestrian in the local paper the Press & Journal). She is loyal down to the tip of her riding boots and, of course, a gin & tonic enthusiast.

Graduating with honours in Corporate Communication from RGU, Annabel started her career with a UK-wide PR agency before setting up thinkPR in 2004. She noticed a gap in the market for a proactive and cost-effective PR service to boost the profiles of a varied portfolio of clients, supporting all businesses types, from start-ups to global organisations.

Over the years, she has expanded the services think offers to include brand and design, digital and media response, making it what it is today. With a global client portfolio, she regularly attends international conferences and events, expanding think’s international portfolio.

She prides herself on recruiting the best team in the industry (which we obviously agree with) who continually deliver results in PR, marketing and design campaigns within a variety of sectors from energy and technology to property and food and drink.

Prior to joining the think team, Amy worked with a major oil and gas provider leading on a variety of successful campaigns.

Her strong attention to detail in everything she does has impressed clients, and this trait consistently shines through in all of the PR and marketing content she produces. Amy is enthusiastic about client work with event management being her fix! This is where she thrives, getting a real buzz when a project comes together for her clients.

The cardigan loving man of creative sagacity, has a record collection that could beat Zero Freitas… Well, maybe not quite, but he does own a lot of vinyl! This former lifeguard pulls us out when our creative ideas grow too large! His skills include extensive knowledge of 90’s music and his fluency in lorem ipsum! Tip: if you want anything done quickly, give him a bar of chocolate or a cup of tea!

As well as Ian’s vast record collection, he is also the man with a million ideas. As think’s Head of Design, Ian produces work for our clients that is not only practical but visually striking. Working on briefs including web design, merchandise, adverts and branding, Ian is our go-to guy for all things creative.

Boasting more than 15 years of experience in design, he consistently strives to expand his creative capabilities and always loves a new challenge within this ever evolving industry.

He certainly holds his own in our female dominated office, although, we have definitely noticed a few extra grey hairs since he started here…

Her on-going success in business development reflects a character which is always tenacious when it comes to getting the best PR and marketing results for our clients. Through her industry work and her voluntary support, Jamee is a well-known face in Aberdeen, who has built up an extensive network within the media and corporate world alike.

Her passion lies in digital marketing with her broad experience of working within the print and oil and gas industries allowing her to offer varied services from creative development to online content.
