Decom Lunch and Learn

Showcasing our oil and gas PR expertise at industry events helps us engage with our energy focused clients and other businesses looking for PR specialists in the oil and gas, marine, renewables and associated sectors. 

As oil and gas PR is our speciality, we were delighted to present at the June Decom North Sea Lunch & Learn to raise awareness of the work we do for the energy sector and how a communications strategy can improve business growth and profit. 

Annabel Sall, CEO at ThinkPR, and Martin Baxendale, Managing Director at MTI Network, represented ThinkPR and discussed the importance of building relationships with the media. Annabel focused on the proactive PR ThinkPR offers, while Martin focused on the reactive side of our role; crisis communications and emergency response for the offshore sector. They also showcased how social media can impact on a business – in both positive and negative ways.

The work ThinkPR does in the oil and gas industry has helped build our reputation as a leading energy focused PR and Marketing consultancy. As well as ThinkPR, the Lunch & Learn had presentations from Aberdeen Harbour, AKD Engineering Ltd and Quickflange UK Ltd. Decom North Sea hosts events like this throughout the year to support supply chain companies.
