In 2015, newly launched downhole solutions provider, Well-SENSE Technology Ltd, appointed think to significantly raise awareness of the company’s capabilities across the oil and gas industry.
Well-SENSE has been established as a forward thinking and innovative company, an ‘ideas factory’, and a creative house for engineering bespoke, high-end technologies.
In summer 2015 Well-SENSE secured a £600,000 investment from FrontRow Investment Management to develop its innovative product lines and service solutions. think met with the Well-SENSE team to create a comprehensive PR strategy including press releases, profile pieces, social media and award entries to increase Well-SENSE’s profile off the back of the investment.
The enthusiasm both Dan and Paul have for creating innovative solutions for the energy industry is infectious. think quickly saw this as a USP and used this as an opportunity to tell their stories, through individual profile pieces in target press.
Through strong relationships with the media and a thorough understanding of Well-SENSE’s key messages and target markets, think secured significant coverage in both local and international press regarding the company’s investment and successfully launched Well-SENSE to the media.

Dan’s Press & Journal business profile resulted in him being invited to present on innovation at a Robert Gordon University-organised Economic Summit: Aberdeen Scotland, The Next Chapter alongside Sir Ian Wood, Gordon Merrylees, head of entrepreneurship at RBS and Professor Ferdinand von Prondzynski, principle of RGU.
