People Factor Consultants – Brand Identity & Website design

Like so many businesses, People Factor Consultants (PFC) was concerned that its brand and website were no longer a true reflection of its capabilities.

Our remit was clear - PFC decided the time was right to ensure that the company brand identity and website provided potential and existing clients with clear and accurate illustration not only of the range of services provided, but also of the company ethos and the people behind it.


Working closely with PFC staff, thinkCreative spent time understanding the key elements of the business - and the defining features of those working within it - before designing a brand identity which embodies the three elements that symbolise PFC’s ultimate objective: organisational success for all clients.


The new website reflected this new identity and was designed taking into account the variations in services offered, from standard to bespoke training courses and from offshore assessment to human factors consultancy. 

Vital to the website’s success was a thorough 'spring clean' of all existing web pages, which think undertook before designing a clean, clutter-free website. The site now offers easy, clear navigation, providing visitors with enough information to understand the business, whilst encouraging further, direct interaction with the PFC team.
