Coretrax - International Exhibition Support

think has worked with Coretrax since the company’s inception in 2008.

In its short history, Coretrax has grown to become a leading and award-winning international engineered servicing company for wellbore clean and abandonment. 

The Middle East is a key target market for Coretrax, having recently launched its fifth Middle East base, within just four years. To reflect its commitment to the region, the Coretrax team confirmed plans to exhibit at ADIPEC 2015.

To ensure all communication channels were utilised to promote Coretrax’s attendance at the show, think devised a six month campaign. The plan incorporated a variety of integrated activity including: stand supplier recommendations and details of costs, news releases, features and interviews, award entries, drafting and editing exhibition marketing collateral, spec sheets and brochures, email shots, and social media. 

In order to secure coverage within the ADIPEC preview and show daily, think liaised with the show organisers and drafted specific articles about Coretrax’s expansion into the region. 

think also worked closely with the Coretrax team to draft copy for marketing materials, as well as designing and distributing an emailer to all Coretrax contacts announcing the team’s attendance, amongst other company news.  

A company LinkedIn page was launched and a pre-approved social media plan actioned in the weeks leading up to the exhibition. 

During the show, an interview was secured with Coretrax Managing Director, Kenny Murray on ADIPEC TV, which was then promoted on social media. A news release, targeted to local and trade press was also issued on the first day of ADIPEC.

Through think’s positive connections with key journalists and show organisers, as well as its expertly-drafted articles and news stories, Coretrax featured within two editions of the ADIPEC show daily. Coverage on the launch of its Kuwait office also appeared within the Press and Journal and on Energy Voice, Arabian Oil and Gas, Gulf Daily News and Energy International news sites. 

Coretrax’s MD’s interview with ADIPEC TV was posted on the company LinkedIn page and received over 9,878 impressions, 48 likes and numerous comments – amounting to a significant increase of followers. 

The coverage, and resulting heightened awareness of Coretrax at the show played a significant role in promoting the team's expertise prior to, during and after the show.
